Re-reading these dozen or so new texts read by @RepLizCheney and the one that stands out to me most, texted to Meadows by someone inside the Capitol as the siege was underway: "We are all helpless."

“POTUS has to come out firmly and tell protestors to dissipate. Someone is going to get killed”
