On Sunday, the January 6th Committee formally requested information and cooperation from three Members of Congress: Rep. Andy Biggs, Rep. Mo Brooks, and Rep. Ronny Jackson.

And yesterday, those three Members of Congress refused to cooperate with the committee stating that they would not voluntarily provide testimony to the committee.

On Monday, a federal judge rejected the RNC's effort to block a subpoena from the January 6th Commission.

The Commission seeks fundraising information related to the 1/6 assault on the Capitol.

The RNC refuses to hand over that information, believing its evidence of "Republican strategy."

Perhaps they're hoping we forget that what they call "strategy" the law recognizes as a conspiracy to overthrow the government.

And that point is sticking with voters--even before the January 6th hearings take place.

Yesterday, an ABC News Poll found that 52% of Americans believe Trump should be charged with a crime for his involvement in January 6th.

There's a lot going on in the United States and in the world.

It can be difficult to keep track of all the new developments--and that is by design.

But as long as I'm here I will never ignore that a group of white supremacists tried to overthrow our government.

Getting to the bottom of January 6th is the issue--because if our democracy falls into fascism we will lose more than Roe.

And a country that was once a leader in the world could find itself aligned with Russia, ignoring the atrocities it commits.

We will not let that happen.
