Republicans shouldn't be able to live down their embrace of the insurrection. MAGAs are openly anti-democracy & that'll have awful implications if they take power. Yet these midterms are being talked about like a normal cycle where gas prices & stock values are decisive ... (2/3)
We're freshly in the uncharted waters of one of our major parties being openly authoritarian. Every other issue pales in comparison and I hope that's clear to voters ahead of the midterms. Maybe it is and we're ok with fascism as long as gas is cheap. But I hope not. (3/3)
