Car free JFK and the surrounding areas. Great for running into friends and particularly outgoing strangers, public space to relax, eat, have a cup of coffee, watch people skate. Cool events (which are free and open to the public) https://t.co/7fzGcE4txo
The Great Highway Park which only exists a few days a week, but when it does it hosts plenty of (free, volunteer run events), and some Friday nights it feels like half the city is out to watch the sunset https://t.co/R2e3TPfLJM
